Right to Bear Arms?

The right to bear arms is commonly viewed as a Constitutional protection.  However, in this article that discusses a case before the U.S. Supreme Court, the 14th amendment is being cited as a "loophole" to determine whether or not the 2nd amendment applies to state and local governments.   We'd better pay attention to this one, folks!  Click here to read the full story.
